This personal site is where you can find my phone number and my blog.

More importantly it is a reference library for first-aid, care, and medical problem-solving in low-resource situations.

Pages on this site

• should be easy to search and read via phone, terminal, or screenreader,
• are text-only or have very lightweight pictures,
• won’t track or annoy you with cookies, ads, or captchas,
• should be easy to download if you want them when you don’t have data.

The host

This website is served from a public-access community UNIX server. It has thousands of users and has been online since 1987. Here’s a photo of the equipment. It’s completely independent of the FAANG-M monopolies (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Microsoft).

Among other things, a feminist server

• Is run for and by a community that cares enough for her in order to make her exist
• Builds on the materiality of software, hardware and the bodies gathered around it
• Treats network technology as part of a social reality
• Takes the risk of exposing her insecurity
• Tries hard not to apologize when she is sometimes not available
