I'm an artist, a teaching artist, I work with herbs and spend a lot of time with dogs. I've worked in theater and grassroots disaster relief, and a lot of other things too.
This website is mainly about art work. I also help orgs plan for natural disasters, and help small organizations bring the arts into work they do.

Politics
One time my sister asked me who my enemy was. I said, "systems of coercion and domination." That remains true.
I'm allergic to hate. Hateful "my group is better than your group" stuff... i'm not down with it. I don't like exploitation, not of the earth, not of humans, not of non human animals.
It's tricky how our thinking can justify bad behavior. So i do my best to scrutinize how to tread lightly on the earth, and create safe, nurturing relationships with creatures, human and otherwise, that live around me.
